About the event
The backyard Format: Run one every hour until only one runner remains. Every lap starts at the top of the hour, so you can choose to run your lap fast and get rest in between or run slow and save your energy. This is intended to be a fun event with friends. Come do one lap, or push yourself to the ultra distance if you chose. 4.17 mile lap
Registration is limited to the first 50 signups. The cost is $50. 100% of registration fee will be donated to Sun Valley Kitchen and Community Center
We are working on Nutrition sponsors and will update you as we go, but please plan to bring your favorite aid station snack to share (candy, baked goods, etc).
We are also working on getting raffle items put together for all participants. Should be some good stuff.

In order to register we humbly request that donate what you can ($100 suggested). Alternatively you create a fundraising page using this link https://pages.lls.org/voy/rm/denver24/scarrasco and attempt to raise a minimum of $100.00. If you tag GMR in any social media posts to raise money we will repost and amplify it. Your donation will include general aid station supplies at the event.
